Monday, July 3, 2023 - half bottle. P&P. this half bottle has been in my cellar since I do not know when, I would say more than 10 years, probably around 15. great nose, first on spices, butter and biscuit notes. after half an hour ocean breeze notes appeared. the nose is obviously showing the age of the champagne, but all is balanced, I love t where it is now. the bubble is fine, delicate good acidity and length. I like the nose more than the palate but all in all, this bottle is very very good.
