Thursday, December 31, 2020 - Third bottle of the night and no really detailed notes, but the two before were a bit more of the racy extra dry style. This was rounder than those. There was almost more of a chemical note to it, but might have just been me imagining it. We've been using these as cellar defenders but with that extra dosage I wonder if this wouldn't benefit from a bit of age.
