Tuesday, March 12, 2013 - This is the first Booker White that I have opened. Gold and cloudy. Excellent nose of ripe, almost candied, fruit. Full, creamy texture and a kaleidoscope of rich stone fruit flavors. Richer than most Southern Rhone whites that I have tasted but none the worse for it. My wife and I had it with shrimp scampi loaded with garlic and butter. It was a superb match. Outstanding.
