Sunday, July 12, 2015 - Apple juice, lime juice and minerals, this shows a moderate amount of acid but the rich tropical fruit and creamy body are dominant. Honeycomb, dried wax, rocks and mountain stream flavors are long and focused. Seems to be drinking well, but much more complexity underneath for the cellar. Fun and flavorful, but I wish I was drinking a 2010 vintage of this wine.
