Wednesday, April 18, 2018 - Rocky, minerally soil on the nose. Just a hint of meat. Quite strong aroma. Tannins subsiding, smooth, and showing their age. Minerals on the palate. Little to no spice or meaty flavors...just smooth rocks in a pleasant fashion. Very tasty and distinct in a feminine style (surprising given the vintage). Not sure I agree with the consensus this will improve further with more aging. Recommend drinking now.
