Sunday, June 5, 2022 - 09 is ready to drink now. Bottle decent for several hours, drinking together with 05 suchots. 05 is more mature and ready than 09. It’s more smooth with less tanning. And more tertiary flavor.
Personally I think it’s too smooth and lack of its structure.
