Thursday, October 8, 2015 - Not a particularly deep colour; strawberry and raspberry fruit on the nose and palate; initially rather lean and austere, but opening up a bit after some time in the glass. Good length. Probably needs 2 to 3 years. For now, it is rather restrained.
