Saturday, June 18, 2016 - You know you are in for a special night when this is the first red wine that is being poured...

Ripe and slightly sweet red and darker red berries with some sweet spices, with some more air also some sweet strawberries, earth, some meaty notes too, balsamic notes of licorice root and underwood. It's medium-full bodied, dense and has a nice structure with medium-high acidity and medium+ tannin that is silky and ripe. Great length. A very impressive but still young Les Charmes. Very impressive.
