Like an excellent hunk of steak; not a nuanced wine but rich and very well balanced from nose through palate and finish. Dark fruits and spices, says 15% abv but does not show it as there is more than enough to offset the alcohol. The acid/tannin balance with the fruit are such that I am sure this can age but it is very pleasant right now. Thought jsums below summarized what I found very well.
