Saturday, March 19, 2016 - PnD let air for 1hr. Dark purple saturated with a crimson rim. Very ripe blackberry on the nose a bit boozy with a touch of beef jerky. Medium(+) with ripe silky tannins. Ripe blackfruits with a hint of bing cherry anise cinnamon and a pleasant bitter herbal note. Very ripe but saved rom being OTT with some vibrant acidity on the finish.
