Thursday, July 7, 2022 - The color is deep, very deep beyond plum. The nose is intoxicating with deep red fruits, bramble berry, Zin funk, cinnamon bark, coffee, cedar and mocha. The palate tracks the nose with precision. I so love this cuvée from Ridge! The mouthfeel is round with resolved tannins. A blend of 80% Zin. 14% Alicante Bouschet, 4% Petite Sirah and 2% Carignane. Some sediment. 15% alc. With (beef) smash burgers. 07.07.22. Highly Recommended.
