Monday, April 9, 2012 - It’s very hard to go wrong with Zinfandel from Ridge. The 100% Zin from Binoto Dusi Ranch is no exception. The color is deep dark red, opaque with a black cherry nose, white pepper and cardamom. The flavor is a tangy sweet black currant flavor with a mid-palate tannic raspberry. The finish is long tannic and complex. A really lovely Zin 90
