Monday, March 20, 2023 - Wow. This is still going strong. Opened well over a few hours. Better still on night two. It's rich and flavorful - lots of spice, earth and mineral. I have had Rhys syrah and Rhys chardonnay, but this is my first pinot experience. I have to say, I get it now! Drink up, if you like, but no rush on this one.
