Saturday, July 28, 2012 - Sacrificed a bottle at this young age for comparison with additional bottles down the line. Decanted and poured directly to glass. Nose of vegetal blueberries with a hint of garrigue and juicy fruit gum. Well balanced and light on the palate. Fantastic finish of cold blueberries, hints of licorice, and cola bottle caps. Opened up and became rounder/fuller over the course of the meal. I suspect this will continue to evolve in bottle and develop additional complexity over time.
