Thursday, November 29, 2012 - Initially a little tart but really comes around nicely with about an hour or two in the decanter. Given that time, the wine softens, lengthens and develops very well with excellent fruit on the palate combined with some spicy oak notes and a really nice finish. Give this one a few more years in the bottle.
