Saturday, January 26, 2013 - Assertive nose of tart dark cherries, chalk, vanilla, and spice box. The palate, while obviously young and unyielding, boasts lean sweet dark berries over elements of stem and cedar. The wine finishes fresh and long with tart cherry acidity, oak, orange zest, and rose florals. This is rather masculine in style, and could definitely use some time in the bottle. R&M89
