Monday, October 27, 2014 - Needs time to open, started out mute, but with a little air it was ready to par tay! Very round and smooth texture.....dark black cherry, raspberry, rhubarb fruit....perfect sweetness to the dryness. Silky Chambolle Musigny like.....with darker MSD like fruit and spice.......LOVE the spice here! Needs a little coaxing....but there is killer dusty earth, exotic wood, cinnamon spice box....dried berry, perfumed liqueured florals. Then on the finish the wine firms and crunches with some great crushed rock minerals. Sneaky good now....needs coaxing, but should gain even more. Love this!
