Tuesday, May 31, 2016 - Beautiful nose of sweet cherry and sarsaparilla. Medium full body, presents as low-acid, but on consideration seems relatively high in acid and tannin. Yes, the astringent sensation is there for minutes after swallowing. Lingering cherry on the finish as well. Almost certainly is too young, but the nose is beguiling and it's tasty with food.
