Tuesday, February 11, 2020 - This has finally hit its drinking window! Beautiful aromatics, doesn't even need decanting. Red cherry, some black fruits, spice, a hint of herbal. Layers of flavors with cherry, black fruits, spice, black tea, light herbs. Beautiful balance with a long silky smooth finish. Fine sediment at the bottom of the bottle. It seems to have enough to still go a long time, but its finally hit a great drinking window and I would open now and enjoy.
