Saturday, November 27, 2021 - I love the Torres high end Cab Sauvs.
3 hour Rabbit decant. Great balance/structure/fruit. Beautiful soft berry fruit on the nose, evolving over 1-3+ hours. After 5 hours some boiled jam? ….. Maybe drink now rather than keep? But what a treat!
