Wednesday, February 1, 2023 - Nose is light cherry strawberry, not showing much yet. Ooh this is fun, juicy fruity, medium acid, a little minerality but really this is just a nice restrained fruity champagne. Not bombastic, not as serious as some of their other cuvées, but super fun and delicious.
