Thursday, September 7, 2023 - Popped good. Slight pineapple. Tasty. Pale yellow. Bouquet upon first pop but not after. Tart. Another reviewer said mousse is fierce, and reminded me of pouring a Bud in a very narrow glass and watching the head creep up the sides. Now open a few minutes, lemon. Felt this at back of tongue and front of top palate. Like this and would buy again. Trying to determine what might be my go to Champagne in $40-$70 range. A contender. Worthy of buying again. Had last sip on 6th and was chablis-like, and well-behaved and not acid brutal.
