Tuesday, June 30, 2009 - This is a bottle with some age on it: disgorged Jan. 2005. Baked apple, a little citrus, toast and minerals. Adds an earthy not-quite-mushroomy profile in the mouth. Fairly full bodied, with a persistent bead. I like this. 90
