Monday, September 21, 2009 - Nice foil to a nice Shenghi style dish of stir fry on brown rice. This was a May 07 disg.and the nose had a lovely white flower mixed with green apple scent. This needed about 15-20 min to settle down and round off -middle of the road weight with some biscuit touches and some tangy elements on the finish. A decent Champagne especially for the price of admission. may get better with a bit more cellar time.
