Wednesday, October 7, 2009 - Opened by some friends in Michigan. This is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and had a disgorgement date of July 2006. A focused champagne with notes of bread dough, lemon/lime and strawberry on the finish. Good bead. 90-91 points.
