Thursday, December 24, 2009 - Loads of sweet, buttery brioche on the nose along with light citrus fruit. The palate is balanced between fruit and yeasty rich bread flavors, nice acidity carries everything along. Ends cleanly but has nice length with those acids. Nice body, strong bubbles. Overall a rich, delicious, easy to understand Champagne. Went great with breakfast!
