Saturday, May 22, 2010 - From 3L. October 2009 disgorgement. While the glass broke cleanly at the neck upon sabering, the cork extended below the break point and it took four hacks of the saber to get the cork to leave the bottle. Medium yellow color with medium, abundant bead. Aromas of yellow apples, flowers, hints of yeast and baked bread, and a clean lemon/apple finish. Solid and refreshing. Drink or hold.
