Friday, September 30, 2011 - Alluring, smoky, dried flowers, brazil nut, sour apple, and fresh blueberries. Cured ham/bacon and brioche. Great vibrancy on the palate with a rich, creamy mouthfeel. Moderate to high end of Brut dosage but very fresh and long with a flinty, yeasty finish. Really nice and long on day two.
