Thursday, December 22, 2011 - Lovely small, fine beads. Quite a Complex nose for a non vintage - meaty, walnuts, citrus and minerals. Light to medium bodied. A touch acidic but well balanced for food. Brioche, yeast, sour apples with a touch of lemon and pebbles. Decent length. Very nice NV.
