Saturday, March 10, 2012 - Very nice bottle and enjoyed much more than last bottle tried 3 months ago. Very pale straw in color with very nice mousse and bead. Pleasant nose of brioche and yeast. More of the same on a balanced palate with a hint of lemon. A real nice bubbly!
