Sunday, September 16, 2012 - Had a very tropical nose with what seemed like peach and nectarine juice squeezed into the glass. With some air, baked bread and floral notes expanded and added a bit of elegance to the tropical fruit melange. The palate was dense with nice mineral a twist of orange and peach and nice energy. Seemed like a somewhat modern style of Champagne, but I liked what it had to offer.
