I'm just starting to get into champagne, but this is a delicious bottle of wine. Very fine bubbles. Expressive nose. Great combination of fruit (tart apple) and a salinity with a hint of nutty bitterness. Creamy texture. Puckering acidity. A hint of yeastiness.

A definite wow wine. Amazing value. I'll be drinking more.
