Saturday, July 20, 2013 - Good QPR and special occasion champagne (like any weekend will work). Bright yellow transparent appearance with very tiny bubbles. Nose was a bit closed but showed lemon, slightly bready, and a bit musty/dusty earth. Flavors of lemon, lemon custard, and slightly bready. Not too complex but very drinkable/enjoyable. Paired well with brie on baguet and with grilled salmon and potatoes.
