Saturday, August 17, 2013 - Colour: Medium yellow gold with plenty of fine beads.
Nose: Very elegant, clean nose with notes of apple tart, white flowers, citrus, hazel nut and brioche. I really liked that there wasn´t this super strong yeast component I´ve had several times before in beginner champagne.
Palate: Elegant mouthfeel, good structured and lively acidity. Good lenght.

Very good Grower-Champanger with a good QPR.
