So, so, so delicious. Disgorged 07/2013.
Lemon, green apple and high acidity with a bit of residual sugar from the dosage, nicely balancing out the citrus notes, allowing some tropical sweetness, gorgeous balance, great complexity with minerality and soil signature, this is just great.
Will drink even better in another year, and continue through 2023. Nice.
