Thursday, February 20, 2014 - 50 – 50 Pinot and Chardonnay.
Gray pears and some yeast and oxidized tones on the nose.
Very fine and dry on the palate, with brioche and yeast and a touch of white pepper on the finish.
Some oxidative, almost sherry like tones present.
A quite fine wine, that needs more time to fully blossom.
