Sunday, April 13, 2014 - I didn't expect this to be so evolved. I think I purchased it two years ago. Golden yellow robe. Fine mousse. Toast, lemon, honey on the nose and palate. Broad, rich flavors. Finishes clean and long. We're a long way from taut precision here. Fabulous with brunch kedgeree featuring finnan haddie from Maine.
