Ten days later, after returning from a trip and finding a half bottle tightly corked in the cellar: This is golden colored, deeply fruited, still lively and especially mineral-laden, like a very old, dry, top quality grand cru Chablis, yet still retaining its Champagne flavor profile. Superb!
