Monday, August 3, 2015 - Oct 14 Disgorgement. Superb. Sweetish at first, needs an hour of air, and warming from cellar temps, but then shows a sophisticated, medium oxidative, mineral laden dull lemon, biscuity style. Delicious. One of our house bubbles right now.
