Thursday, December 3, 2015 - This was quite good for a bottle purchased at $42 tax in Canadian($32 US). Salty mineral notes on the nose with a palate of tight and chiseled fruit. There was some yeasty notes that gave this young champagne some complexity. Disgorgement date June 2015. 50% Pinot Noir & 50% Chardonnay. 55% 2012 & 45% 2011/2010.
