Wednesday, May 4, 2016 - Didn't check disgorgement dates unfortunately but this was a cracker of a wine, lots of energy nose has slightly butter toast, lemon curd. Apple/ mix some chalk notes, similar palate whichhas a really lovely mousse with a medium plus finish goong to have to get more of this!
