Wednesday, October 5, 2016 - 2014 disgorgement - I really liked this. Firm an tense on the palate with a mouse that displaces rather quickly. Lemon tart notes with a biscuit/ yeasty topnote that sit on good minerality; very yellow toned. Good focus with an endowed/ slightly rich and intense finish. Not super complex, but well-made and a good daily bottle.
