Friday, May 4, 2018 - Last bottle of a six pack purchased last summer. Big fan of the producer and think they deliver a terrific entry level champagne for the price. Nice fine mousse, bright lemony acidity and some biscuity notes on the finish. Delightfully light and zippy if not overly complex.
