Friday, March 1, 2019 - If as I surmise from the label this was disgorged in January 2011 it helps to explain the delicious maturity of this bottle. I'm not a great fan of champagne with too much Pinot (Noir or Meunier) at 50:50 Pinot Noir and Chardonnay this is an exemplary non vintage champagne with just the right amount of bottle age.
