Wednesday, March 13, 2019 - Enjoyed this a lot last weekend in a line-up of champagnes and so figured worth exploring again. From the by the glass list at Aldo Sohm. This continues to impress me. Just overall an interesting champagne. Prob more in the clean style. Less of the buttery brioche. More of the spices and herbal. I enjoyed it.
