Sunday, November 24, 2019 - Terry Theise Grower Champagne Tasting (Plum Market - Chicago IL): Walk around tasting. 50% Pinot Noir, then mostly Chardonnay for the rest, but this is completely Pinot dominated with so much berry on nose and palate. Soft, rounded textures and ok length and weight. 2016 base.
