Saturday, April 11, 2020 - Disgorged September 2019, mostly 2016 fruit. As others have said, this has a very generous mousse, creamy with fine bubbles. Notes of yellow apple, honeysuckle, yellow flowers, and maybe a slight nutty aroma reminiscent of shaved almond. Very refreshing acidity and great feel on the midpalate, though comes off as slightly astringent on the finish.
