Saturday, May 30, 2020 - Third bottle.
Very strongly chardonnay typed, but in a pleasant way.
Citrus fruit dominates nose. Not much yeast autolysis character.
It mainly presents brightness, freshness and sharp definition. It lacks the extra dimensions to take it to the next level.
