Monday, November 23, 2020 - This was '17 base, disgorged June 2020. It had an expressive nose of tart Tatin, brioche, preserved lemon and aniseed. It is full and creamy in the mouth, with a vinous grapiness and plenty of spice. The finish has a puff of chalk and is bright and energetic.
