Monday, November 30, 2020 - Disgorged 12/2019. Straw in color and fine mousse. Nose seems a bit closed initially. Mellow and sweet aromas of tropical fruit, pear, almond, wet stone, and slight rind. Energetic with apple, pear, and lime on the palate.
